Heron's Lodge PhotosHeron's Lodge is Guide Centre situated in a quiet area adjoining one of Milton Keynes many Parks and lakes. It is easily accessible by road and rail and is close to the Centre of Milton Keynes

Heron's Lodge is owned and managed by Girlguiding Milton Keynes Division. The centre has a wide variety of uses and can be booked by Girlguiding groups, Community Groups, Corporate businesses and private hirers. There is a large car park and a large open grassed area around the building, this can also be used for a Guide camp of up to 30 people, go to Campsite page.

The building consists of 2 large halls on the ground floor, 3 en-suite bedrooms and a smaller room on the first floor. The ground floor is accessible to wheelchair users and has disabled toilet facilities, however, there is no lift to the first floor of the building. The Milton Keynes Guide shop operates from the upstairs of Heron's Lodge, see the Shop page for opening hours, and the website has information about our Millennium lottery club.

  • Dormitory 40ft x 28ft - can sleep 24 on provided mattresses
  • 2 en-suite bedrooms – each sleeping 2 people in single beds
  • 1 en-suite bedroom sleeping 4 people in 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds
  • Toilets and showers, with a disabled Shower and Toilet
  • Grounds to accomodate a camp or marquee
