AGM, Special Event or Regular Meeting.
The minimum booking time is 2 hours and all hirers should allow time for setting up and clearing away within the hire period booked.
As there is no caretaker,just volunteers, the hirer is responsible for leaving the premises as found in that the floors must be vaccummed or mopped and the tables returned to original positions..

All Hirers should be aware that the Centre does not have any licence for the sale of alcohol or entertainment.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the appropriate licences are applied for prior to the party. Herons Lodge Management Committee accept no liability for any function cancelled as a result of the appropriate licences not being obtained.
