Christmas Closure and Special Shopping Afternoon
We open on Saturday 7th January 2012, 10am - 1pm and then every Saturday until the Summer. The next special shopping afternoon will be on Monday 6th February 2012 from 4pm to 7pm.

The maximum delivery charge will remain at £3.00 for orders from the Trading Services catalogue. You must state the delivery address at the time of ordering to take advantage of this price, and additional items cannot be added once the order is places. We reserve the right to add up to £1.00 additional postage to your order if it includes County Metal badges or silks. The delivery service does not cover any other items and can only be offered to Leaders and NOT to the parents of young members.
Orders for special items such as bespoke neckerchiefs must be accompanied by full payment. We reserve the right to request full payment for other non-stock items at the time of ordering. Non-stock items may not be returned unless faulty.

Delivery Charges
If you cannot get into the shop, we are willing to post items from the Trading Services catalogue out to you. For badges and light items, we only charge the cost of postage (rounded up to cover packaging). For heavier items, we arrange for the warehouse to send them to you direct as this is more cost effective. The maximum charge for this service will be £3.00 from 1st September 2010. This service only applies to Girlguiding Leaders and can only be offered on Girlguiding UK stock and not locally sourced products.
Recruitment Posters and Leaflets
We keep stocks of all current recruitment posters and leaflets in the shop which are free for you to take away with you. If you require large quantities for a special event, please let us know so we can order them in especially for you.
Carrier Bags
In this age of recycling and reusing, we are having fewer carrier bags donated to us. Please, where possible, bring a bag with you when you shop.
If you wish to donate carrier bags, please ensure that they are clean, unknotted, and have not started to degrade due to storage. Thank you.
